Each of my handmade items are created using the highest quality materials and many hours of manual labour!Most items are created using small parts and are not therefore suitable for babies, or children under the age of 12.
Each handmade items is sold with a satisfaction guarantee, which is set out further down this page.
The majority of my handmade items are one-of-a-kind and will only be produced in the exact same format, with the exact same materials, once.
Please do not ask me to reproduce an item previously sold, in the same format, unless you purchased the original items yourself and would like a bulk order. In this case, I reserve the right to accept or decline such a request.

It is illegal for any unauthorised person or entity to scan, copy, duplicate, manipulate, alter or reproduce in any way, my work without my permission. Do not submit any templates or work that you see on this website for applications on design teams, magazines or any other publication be they in print or digital. Personalisation of handmade items
The majority of handmade items have the potential to be personalised prior to dispatch.
I reserve the right to charge an additional fee for this work, commensurate with the extra work required to be carried out.
Please contact me BEFORE purchase, for a fee quote.
Satisfaction guarantee and returns
I want my customers to be delighted with their purchase of handmade items from my store. For that reason, I offer a 100% money back guarantee.
I will refund your full cost, excluding postage and packing charges to you. The cost of any returns back to me, must be paid for by the customer, who should also take reasonable care to ensure that I receive the goods back and that they are not damaged in transit.
If you wish to return an item to me, email: [email protected], in the first instance or by using the 'Contact Me' form on the website.
All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the customer receives the goods.
Due to their copyright nature, returns cannot be accepted for charts, patterns and magazines.
Delivery
I ship worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. The order process may take longer during busy periods or holidays. Any delays will be notified on the home page.
Please note: if you require a handmade box as an option, these are made to order. Please expect an extra 3 to 5 days delivery. If you require the item sooner, please contact me before purchase, to see if this is possible.
Orders will take longer to process where personalisation is required, or it is a custom order. In these instances I will advise you, before agreeing to carry out the work, the latest date by which I will be able to process your order.
Please note: in most cases, it will take at least two weeks to process a custom order, but if you contact me, I can give you a clearer indication.
All orders up to 1kg and falling within the Royal Mail definitions of letter, large letter or small packet are dispatched by Royal Mail from the UK and their delivery times from dispatch are:
- By First Class post within the UK: 1 to 2 working days
- By Royal Airmail to Europe: within 3 working days
- By Royal Airmail Worldwide: within 5 working days
All other items to an address within the UK are sent by courier and you will be given a tracking number. Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery.
If you require International tracking, please contact me so that I can give you a quote for the shipping costs.
If your order is dependent upon when it arrives, then please contact me before purchase, to see if I can meet your requirements.
Please note: checkout allows you to provide an alternative delivery address, to the payment address.
Payment
I accept electronic payment only, by PayPal and all major debit/credit cards.
If you wish to pay directly by debit/credit card, without going through PayPal, then please follow these directions:
- Add items to basket and proceed to checkout. Enter your billing details. Click 'continue'.
- In the section 'confirm and pay', click the 'Pay online PayPal' box.
- You will then be taken to the PayPal screen. Ignore the box on the right which asks you to 'Log in to PayPal'. On the left hand side, above the credit card symbols, you will see the words: 'Don't have a PayPal account?'. Click the word 'Continue' which is underlined.
- You will now be taken to a screen which says: 'Pay with Credit Card or Log in' on the left hand side of the screen. Staying on the left hand side of the screen, you can now select your payment type and input your debit/credit card details securely.
The secure third party providers, who verify credit and debit cards, will not authorise the card if it is held with a UK provider and the card holder lives outside the UK.
To get around this, you will need to use a card which has been provided by a provider in the country in which you live. Alternatively, you could ask a friend or family member in the UK, to make the purchase on your behalf.
If all else fails, contact me and I can email an invoice to you via PayPal and you and you can pay by whatever means, through that.

All orders with delivery to a UK address, with a value of £30 or more, qualify for FREE postage. Otherwise, the following bandings apply:
